This policy does not extend to information collected offline or via third-party channels not integrated directly into the Interface. In accordance with global digital safety standards, users must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to interact with the LaamTag Hub Interface. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18. If we become aware that an underage individual has accessed the platform, we will take immediate steps to terminate their access and purge any associated non-blockchain data from our systems.

3. Nature of Data Collection

3.1. Public Blockchain Data

As a decentralized application (dApp) on the Solana Network, LaamTag Hub interacts with public ledger data. This includes, but is not limited to, Wallet Addresses (Public Keys), transaction history, and token balances. This information is inherently public and permanent. We utilize this data solely to provide the Interface functionality and verify asset ownership.

3.2. Technical Log Files

LaamTag Hub follows standard industry procedures for utilizing log files. These files record visitor interactions when they navigate the Interface. The information collected includes Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser specifications, Internet Service Provider (ISP) details, date/time stamps, and referring/exit pages. This data is used for infrastructure diagnostics, trend analysis, and preventing malicious activity (DDoS protection).

3.3. Device and Usage Information

We may monitor anonymized usage patterns, such as click-through rates and feature engagement, to optimize the user interface and performance for Solana Mobile (Saga/Seeker) users. This data is processed in an aggregate format and cannot be used to identify a specific natural person.
